General Description of the trekking
The Lang tang valley is also called as "The Valley of Glaciers". The valley offers pine forest, swift mountain streams, rugged rock and snow- capped peaks, grassy downs and meadows strewn with daisies and wild primula and the mountains rise shining towards the sky.
You will have an interesting trek through Tamang Communities, the one of the famous races of Nepal. The main occupation of this region is framing, trade and porters. They were descending from Tibet and settled in this area. They have their own culture, life style, norm and values, believe and traditions. The endanger animals like bears, leopards, red panda and musk deer are still find in this region.

With different culture shows of dancing and music in some village, 10 days (7 nights / 8 days camping / home stay with full board)

Every day description.

Day 1: Kathmandu to Syabrubeshi (1460m)
By jeep or local bus, which will take around 12 hours. Overnight in guesthouse

Day 2: Syaprubeshi to goljung (1960m)
Walking takes around 5 hours overnight camping.

Day 3: Goljung to Gatlang (2240m)
Walk about 4 hours

Day 4: Gatlang to Tatopani (2240m)
The day we have to walk quite long (about 6 hours)

Day 5: Totopani to Nagthali / Thuman (2000m)
Around 6 hours walking. Camping overnight.

Day 6: Thuman to Rasuwagadhi (2240m)
About 7 hours of walking camping.

Day 7: Rasuwagadhi to Briddim (2290m) Walking around 6 hours.

Day 8: Rest and exploring day in Briddim.

Day 9: Briddim to Syabrubeshi
Walking around 4 hours.

Day 10: Syaprubeshi to Kathmandu by local bus.

NOTE:
If any guest would like to continue to trek into Lantang valley they can walk to Lama Hotel (about 7 hours)
